Returns  & Refunds Policy

We hope you are pleased with your purchase.  If you have any problems with your order please contact me @ so i can assist you.

Damages and  Issues

Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can rectify the issue as quickly as possible.

All fragile products are packaged with protective wrap to ensure that they will arrive to you in perfect order.  Should your item be damaged during delivery, a claim will be put through to the delivery company, so please ensure you take photos of the damaged item and packaging.


Due to our items being personalised we do not accept returns.


If you change your mind prior to commencement of your product we are happy to change it for another product of your choice.


Due to your items being personalised we do not accept refunds so please ensure you choose carefully and always check the templates that are sent out prior to us printing your work.
